Do not move here, they took all our deposit saying that we need to pay for the repaint. They are thieves!!!
Fire alarms have gone off at least 15 times in the past 4 months- most of the time it’s in the middle of the night. Management doesn’t care- they barely communicate and the staff is entirely unresponsive. I cannot stress highly enough to prospective residents- DO NOT RENT HERE. I cannot wait to move out when our lease is up. Btw I’ve lived in about 7 other apartment complexes throughout the past decade and have never had an issue or wrote a negative review before.
Fire alarms go off incessantly and in the middle of the night. Maintenance is slow to respond and must be contacted multiple times. Difficult to get problems fixed.
Fire alarms go off almost daily and multiple times in the middle of the night. Apparently this only happens during the rainy season, but I still have to work in the mornings and am not getting sleep. Maintenance takes forever to respond and staff on the emergency line are rude and act as if they have been inconvenienced by my calls. Not to mention how stressed my dogs have been because of the loud alarm going off all night.
Fire alarm goes off when it rains and cant sleep. The office seems like they are not doing anything although its been doing this for past few months. My ears are still ringing and my dogs are still nervous This is serious because what if there is an actual emergency and no one tries to evacuate because they think its a false alarm again?
