I lived there for one year and that was one year too long. The girls in the office were very fake and phony when they smelled a rent payment or a new potential tenant. When you had a legitimate problem with the apartment, they were snooty and didn t put your concerns to a priority.My apartment was great when I moved in but everything eventually stopped working right, from the stove to the bathroom sink faucet.Neighbors were tons and tons of partiers and they were very loud. Well where to begin. My A/C unit was not blowing cold air so i notified management. The maintenance person came the next day and agreed that it wasnt blowing cold air. The Maintenance man told me it would be a day to fix because they needed a certain part. He never came back. It hhad been two weeks until i finally got to speak with the apartment manager who told me to purchase box fans and place them through out the apartment on the floor. I loved the 3 years my husband and I spent here! Management and maintenence were awesome. Yes, we had maintenence problems because the apartments were built in the 70s, but when we called, someone was at our apartment before the end of the day to check on it, and it was usually resolved quickly after that. For example, we had part of our tiles come off in our tub, and maintenence was there within hours and by the end of the day we had new tiles in the tub.I do agree that the neighborhood is a little shady, but because we had... read more
I really like living here you get a lot of space for your money. They have a security officer that is at the gate 24 hours a day so it is good for single women. I feel really safe here. Nice gym and pool

New Management making changes. I'm not sure if I like what they're doing. I suppose in the long run it will work out. Tearing tree's out, Painting top of buildings in a horrible Mossy brown/green color, painting the doors a poo-brown. Some of the guards are very impersonable. NO sleep, NOT for kids – I moved here December of 07 and have hated the experience besides one neighbor the entirety. Since we moved here I have been (fill in blank) out by one of the office girls, which by the way when you call maintenance in they don't fill out a slip so unless you call 4-20 times maintenance won't come out. They apartment have holes everywhere, spots on everything. No storage, not cabinet space either when our maintenance guy does come out he gives us every reason why it's our fault and why he doesn't nee... read more
Great place to live with courteous staffing, friendly guards and prompt maintenance. Laundry facility is large, accommodating, clean and priced fairly. Easy shopping access and 3 minutes from I-74. Gated community with exceptionally clean pool, tennis courts and sitting benches in front of apartment complexes to relax in. Wonderful place to live. Husband has been here in the same apartment for 18 years and has never had a problem. I've been here 1 year and plan on staying. I feel safe enough here to call it "home".
