Overpriced old building from 1970

One of the worst maintained building I rent it. Elevator broke 2 times in 6 months, they lock their garbages can but bikes can be stolen from the garage, dog piss in the elevator, moss around the building, no curtains, floor crocked and rent is over 2600$ with broken heating and no air conditioning. Be careful where you rent in Vancouver. Correction the elevator broken 3 times
