If there was a zero that would be my rating. Terrible customer service for the people who pay their salary. Only concern is bowing down to BOD orders Sending complaints to them you response will be "that's not my job". We are paying top shelf money to the management company and they toss you concerns into the garbage pail. HORRIBLE someone should investigate this company and the treatment they provide to tenants that voice concerns.
The worst property management company. We had a water leak from upstair neighbors’ pipe and Westford Real Estate Management, LLC had done nothing but resisting to help to fix the damage in my property caused by the leak from upstairs. We are paying the highest HOA fees every month that covers insurance also. The damage to my unit is caused by the upstairs unit and it’s their and HOA’s responsibility to fix it. We have a baby at home and the mold from the damage is growing. Our floors are damaged and the ceiling is left open ... read more
