During my last two visits, it was made very clear to me that they were more concerned with appeasing the insurance company than they were with helping their patients.
Only accepting new patients with health insurance. Why? Cash isn't good enough anymore? Weird and evil.
The way the front desk treats you and talks to you is insane! Never have been treated so poorly for just trying to reschedule appointment they canceled on me!
