I've never felt at such ease taking my kiddo to an eye appointment. We've gone to two other places in the past, and the experience was meh. First thing when we walked in the door, we were met with the friendliest of faces and warm greetings right away. The doctor was fantastic and explained everything in detail. I really liked the small atmosphere, compared to the larger practices which lack empathy, and warmth. When dealing with social anxiety, bigger places can be nerve-wracking. Was visiting family in Mass for Christmas and ended up getting referred here by all my relatives that use Westford Eye Care. They were somehow able to get me in for an appointment and I was seen by the doctor. She was awesome, even working with me to review previous prescriptions and picking the best new script for me. Worked with Kevin (the owner of the practice) after the appointment to pick glasses and he took the time to explain to me how eyes worked at a basic level and what different eye issues mean, and how glasses co... read more

Amazing service, Kevin is extremely knowledgeable, he broke down everything in great detail about my insurance and what they covered, I will not go to the big companies, keep up the amazing work kevin
