STAY AWAY!! Like most of the other reviews on various sights, Westford Auto Sales sold us a Ford F150 in "great condition with only 35,000 miles". However, the engine completely blew up just after the lemon law expired (108 days). The "extended warranty" they sold us, only covered $2500 out of a $7,000 repair. The owner asked why we didn't bring the truck back to him to fix? I'll tell you why, they cut corners and do shoddy work. Had a fantastic experience with every purchase my husband and I have made from Westford Auto Sales over the years. Kenny is very professional, knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. I will definitely recommend Westford Auto Sales to family and friends.
I don't know if I have ever been to a more rude car dealer. While the owner and his son are willing to make things work and make the best of your experience. However, the same can not be said for everyone. The service side is more than unorganized. Trying to get something as simple as an oil change is a, "You can drop it off in the morning and we will call you when it is done around 3-4" an oil change does not take that long.
