Its been a pleasure working with Joe for the past 2 years. We referrer all of our customers to WFM website for fast reliable service. Love the whole Westfire Team!
Ordered 5 retrotred stair parts. These sat in my climate controlled house. Started the project two months later, there were two large through and through cracks on two of the five. One crack was on the nosing and clearly a result of poor packaging, not "splintering due to sitting around". Westfire would not back the product they sell, stated the manufacturer, Crown Heritage, has a thirty day return policy (which was not on any paperwork I received). Only offered to sell me two new ones.
I worked with Westfire to make 300LF of handrail plus custom returns and they were very reliable and the quality of the product was very good. I would recommend them
