After calling 37 other veterinary clinics and being told everyone was to busy to see her or that they didn’t treat guinea pigs and the two closest emergency veterinary clinics turned us down they were the only ones willing to do an emergency C-section on a guinea pig if necessary and see us right away. Not pleased with the rude receptionist and the female doctor that we dealt with here on multiple occasions. You would think that they would be a little more customer service oriented with everything going on these days. You have lost 2 customers because of this carelessness and no more referrals will be given.
Westfeild is the best around, in every way! They take great care of my pets, and go above and beyond for their clients every single time.
They were busy and had back to back appointments but still managed to make time to treat my sick guinea pig. No other vet / animal hospital in central IA was able to do that. Amazing care and staff! The prices were also very reasonable.
No matter who I talk with on staff my pet and I receive quality care and compassion. I simply would not go anywhere else!

These guys are the absolute best. I moved out of the Des Moines/Johnston area and tried the local veterinary near me - what a nightmare that turned out to be! I'll never try another Vet again! I'm back at Westfield and will never change again. Life is too precious
