I brought my guinea pig to this office; it was the nearest to my home, and they claimed to be able to help exotics. They were supposed to treat her bumblefoot. Instead, they strung us along for months, during which time she got sicker and sicker and they cost us more and more money. They gave me so much terrible advice—told me she was blind (she wasn’t), told me her bumblefoot “needed to grow out,” told me to take all her soft bedding away to replace it with paper towels. Westfield Veterinary Group in Union is great. The waiting area is very welcoming and the facility is very clean. They explain things well and answer any questions you may have. They're gentle and caring with Ash. I'd recommend them to anyone.
Worst experience ever! From the front desk to the “veterinarian ” as soon a I walked in the person “CRUZ” that takes you to the room were scared of my 4 year old French bulldog. He was in as an emergency patient due to he wasn’t able to walk at times! The “DVM Lori Walker took my baby franchie drag his of the room to check his vitals on an other room knowing that my baby was in pain from his waits down! I was charge $141 for nothing. She came back and handed me my baby and said yeah he can’t be seen because he won’t let us !... read more
The doctors and staff where wonderful they saw my dog perfect and took time with here and give me the information that I need it.
