Westfield Vet Group is a joke. Amanda at the Westfield location is rude, unkind, and argumentative. Call/visit and you'll see! She cannot help herself. My pet is not well and instead of expressing sincere compassion and patience, she is fighting to get the last word and has the worst attitude. When in customer service you ought to appreciate the business which gives you a job and move past personal biases because you have a job to do. Been coming here for almost a decade and they are the best. They truly love what they do & treat your pets like their own. Natalie is always so kind and helpful. I took my cat for a checkup and vaccines and they were super nice, professional and patient. I’d recommend them 100%!!
I brought my guinea pig to this office; it was the nearest to my home, and they claimed to be able to help exotics. They were supposed to treat her bumblefoot. Instead, they strung us along for months, during which time she got sicker and sicker and they cost us more and more money. They gave me so much terrible advice—told me she was blind (she wasn’t), told me her bumblefoot “needed to grow out,” told me to take all her soft bedding away to replace it with paper towels.
