The shopping experience would have been a real success with a nice mixture of good stores and great food court, I f it wasn't for the parking. Parking is a complete disaster. Entrance and exits only on one side, and exits are not even clearly marked. As more and more cars enter the parking structure, not being able to find parking, traffic comes to a complete standstill. This can be dangerous in an emergency situation as well.
Parking and traffic are horrible; once you get inside the mall is ok, although the cart vendors are pretty aggressive.
Stuck on top of your roof trying to park for 2 hours! Get your @@@@ together holidays are upon us!
They build all the parking and they can't even let people out ..this is a safety hazard people have been on the rooftop for over an hour trying to get out of the parking structure
Been sat in the car park trying to get out for 20 minutes.m. Is. I'm on the top floor and have moved 5 ft, this is just ridiculous
I have been stuck in the parking structure of Westfield Valley Fair for the past hour, just trying to get out. My car has not moved at all for the past 20 minutes. Everybody is just stuck and it's complete gridlock. Westfield has put security on it but they seem completely overwhelmed and don't know what to do. They won't call the police to help direct traffic. It's a nightmare. I do not recommend shopping here for the holidays.

NORSTROM is very nice and clean... beautiful place to visit & shopping...
