Very crowded but this is to be expected because of the holiday season...but I do want commend a sales person at Champs store. Her name is Cece, She truly was on top of her game...She should be given a gold medal because she gave TOP customer service..this place was so busy many asking for many sizes but she kept her cool with every single person that approached or she approached giving them above 1000%. I think traffic sucks...But ounces your inside its okay, hardly no lines...!! Love the food section ...I rather go to Westfield on blossom hill .

Do not see Santa here! go elsewhere. Came in tonight 12/9 & waited for about 20 mins and then Santa took a break - ok no problem. Santa comes back and the first family takes apprx 7 photos, doesn't like them and they take another 10 photos of them, all in all spending aprx 20 mins with this family. Next group same thing, finally after a hour and 1/2 of waiting its our turn. They take four photos of my kids and three of the four and blurry and the other one my kids aren't looking at the camera. Love this mall! So many stores and the parking is much easier since their new parking structure opened.
Liked macys but loved old navy store in it.................
Trying to park is a nightmare! The way they block off the entrances & exits makes it very difficult to get and out!
Un lugar agradable y lo que mas me satisface es el area muy limpia. Las tiendas departamentales. Muy surtidas y encuentraslo que buscas de muy buena calidad. Su lugar de comida perfecto en eficiencia y muy limpio
It was ok. The Santa people had some camera trouble again so we had an additional hour wait.
