good dentistry but forget about getting your money back! I had to pay for my crown in full, before any insurance coverage and months before the crown was actually covering my tooth. Then there were at least a couple of months that I had to do all the leg work for their office to get the insurance. As of date, a couple of months later I still did not get my refund nor my statement. I am not sure how the office is ran, but unless you are a millionaire do not bother going there
This office has become too big for their “old” patients. They don’t give a damn about loyal parents who actually helped them to become what they are. They claim that they do emergency treatments- nonsense!!! Last time I called on Friday night with tooth pain— office manager told me to take Motrin and come on Monday. So I went snd I found another dentist. I came back to Westfield Smiles because I trust Dr Féret. Well, this was my last visit.
