Shopping! I love this mall. There is a great variety of stores and whatever you're looking for will for sure be here. The arcitecture of the mall is a bit confusing, especially with all the crossing ramps and stairs. At least you get to burn a few calories while you're at it! It is in the heart of downtown, so be warned of parking!
I LOVE Shopping Here! Being a seasoned shopper, I always shop when I'm on vacation. I always try to visit Horton Plaza when I'm in San Diego because it is just a fun place to shop. There are lots of high-end stores to browse or buy from. They also have some great department stores like Nordstroms to visit. The food area has plenty of choices at reasonable prices. It does have three levels so you can get your walking in too.
Open Air Mall Horton plaza is very unique in that it is an open air mall where there are no rooftop over your head as you stroll through shops like Banana, Express, Gap, etc. Dining experience at Horton is even better than shopping as well as the quality of the hotels all around. Catch some ray and enjoy the warm day!
