As I shared with the guys at the counter. This was my first time to Westfield Powersports and I couldn't be more pleased. Everyone was friendly on the phone and acted like they were interested in helping me. This has not been my experience with others in the Indy area. They were all too busy. Had a very bad experience today I purchased a 25 yfz450 and purchased all of the warranty’s and I went in today to get a wheel replacement and on the phone Josh stated I could bring the wheel in and they submit a claim with the Third-party Insurance company so when I arrive they tell me the total opposite now I was supposed to bring the quad with me witch is not what Josh stated on the phone 2 hours prior to arrival then after he told me this he also said there not going to cover the warranty when Josh hasn’t even looked at ... read more
