Great experience getting our new Ranger! From initial communication to product pickup we were taken care of.
Bought a new Kaw Mule 1000 HD. It immediately had a knock i couldnt identify. Took it back. They had the Kaw rep come in from Ohio. Tore top of the engine apart and identified scoring in the cylinder(s). Determined factory defect. Cylinder not receiving oil. Options were to repair or exchange for new machine. Customer service from dealer as well as kawasaki can’t get any better.
