Always accommodating for appointments, questions & concerns. Dr Chua & Blackwood are supportive and informative. The rest of the staff is just as helpful w/ scheduling, paperwork & answering questions.
I have never had to interact with a more condescending and inconsiderate staff. They are all extremely unprofessional and rude. I have been a patient at this office since birth and as soon as I turned 18 I was determined to leave as fast as possible. I begged my parents every year to change my doctor because I dreaded having to go to this office.
Dr Chua is so condescending. Honestly I felt like she was being racist towards my child at times, certainly never missed a chance to comment on her weight (which is perfectly normal). The staff was okay but I tried to make sure my child saw Jamie instead of Dr. Chua and last visit wasn't told Jamie was out sick so I got surprised with Dr. Chua when she walked in the room. She always seems highly critical and honestly it rubs me the wrong way. I could go into detail but I'm too frustrated.
The office staff is absolutely the most miserable group I have ever seen. We’ve had issues constantly trying to call in and getting placed on hold. They have zero respect for patients and families as we’ve gotten nothing but attitude and have even heard them bad talking other patients. We’ve had to have long waits in the rooms and have even had staff come in to tell me to keep my baby quiet from crying because of it.
