Dr Chua is so condescending. Honestly I felt like she was being racist towards my child at times, certainly never missed a chance to comment on her weight (which is perfectly normal). The staff was okay but I tried to make sure my child saw Jamie instead of Dr. Chua and last visit wasn't told Jamie was out sick so I got surprised with Dr. Chua when she walked in the room. She always seems highly critical and honestly it rubs me the wrong way. I could go into detail but I'm too frustrated.
The office staff is absolutely the most miserable group I have ever seen. We’ve had issues constantly trying to call in and getting placed on hold. They have zero respect for patients and families as we’ve gotten nothing but attitude and have even heard them bad talking other patients. We’ve had to have long waits in the rooms and have even had staff come in to tell me to keep my baby quiet from crying because of it. Saw my son, even though he wasn’t a patient here lied to both me and the father. Denied my son medication and Alleges that the pharmacy got her prescription pharmacy said no they never did and that she denied the script because he was not a patient there. Refused to speak with me till I called the office, proceeded to raise her voice at me and hang up. Extremely unprofessional medical facility and extremely professional doctors.
