This rating is based solely on Dr. Flanzman. The office is fine- I've never had a problem, but Dr. Flanzman has gone above and beyond to in demonstrating that she cares uniquely, for my children. She is smart, thoughtful, kind respectful and patient. We have been through several pediatricians prior to and am hoping that she can see my children into adulthood.
Do NOT go! I have never encounter such rude, disrespectful and unproffesional staff. We just moved into the area. On Saturday I have called for an appointment and was scheduled to see a doctor Sunday morning. I have arrived promptly with sick child who at that time had 102.5 fever. I have been informed by the staff that my child can't be seen as we are new patient and first we need to register.
