I had a less than stellar experience with Terri Powell NPC. I’m a PAC and married to an NPC. I found her bedside manner poor at best. I found her to be short, condescending, rude, and the most concerning of all not willing to even listen to a history or story from a patient before giving them attitude or asking condescending questions. I saw Dr. Buente after an emergency SVT and I needed a new GP. He is fantastic. The front office was fantastic. I was waiting all of five minutes in the lobby before being seen, (I was 15 minutes early). His nurse was fantastic, and kind, and listened to me babble on because I was nervous. She was really welcoming and comforting. And then Dr. Buente was also very kind, and courteous. Listened to me and my concerns, and we constructed a plan to move forward with. The staff are always kind and professional. The doctors have been wonderful
Great care from start to finish. There have been many changes, but all positive. Only ask that Triage would answer the phone more often versus having to leave a message all the time.
Great at keeping you in monthly meds. Wonderful bedside manner. That's why I give two stars to Dr. Klak. He has never, not ever once, diagnosed me himself. Always sends you to a specialist. Always too. It's just so hard getting set up somewhere else, ya know?
