I lived in Westfield Manor Community for the past year. My experience here was extremely welcoming and friendly with all community members. The maintenance team is amazing they are very attentive to the grounds and ensuring the property is presentable. With that being said even though my dishwasher and dryer broke/needed repairs the community manager remained on top of the issue and kept me informed. In case you are a resident like me looking for the leasing office due to zero communication via the “super” (nevermind the owner), don’t be misled by the owner’s own response which was false. There is no “leasing office” behind Building 5. Our one point of contact is the “super”, who I must say really does not live up to the name of his role. Huge thank you to the maintenance team at Westfield Manor, especially Luis. They went above and beyond to turn my unit around quickly to move in. They worked incredibly fast to get my apartment ready, even though it needed significant work. It is clear they really care about their residents and take pride in their work. I am so grateful for their hard work and professionalism. I have only been here one week, and I am looking forward to enjoying my new apartment and this special community. Giving it two stars only because of the location of the property and how nice the maintenance staff is. Everything else is a 0- no stars, especially if we're talking about the owner of the property Robert Ernstoff and the "realtor" they hire Karen. To start, you will be given many run arounds and different information by Karen, and if you question anything she does or says you will be met with disrespect, so be careful.
