So I have lived her since September of 2024. I truly enjoy the layout and the space. The facility team who is on site are amazing and they do a great job of salting and clearing the snow. Also the people in this community are very nice and this is a really safe place to live. You can walk to the transit station which is a 20 - 25 minute walk and there is always parking. If you want to experience what it's like living in a 3rd world country without having to leave NJ just move into these apartments. Water leaks in bedroom during storms, A LOT of mold, the sewage backs up and floods your apartment, toxic sewage gases fill the air of your home, and you might even have some critter sightings (like colonies of ants and mice that share the home with you). Truly the worst space I have ever lived in, management doesn't hire professionals to fix real health threatening issues. 10/10 do not recommend... read more
DO NOT MOVE HERE The slumlord consistently ignored our pleas to address the persistent Black Mold and ventilation problems in our apartment. Despite multiple calls, they only sent "maintenance" to inspect and paint over the mold, which promptly returned due to inadequate ventilation, leading to furniture contamination. Shockingly, they remained indifferent to the issue. Your health is at risk—moving here is not advisable!
