Acted like they were going to help, but then renigged on everything. Good talkers , but that is about it! My agent was stationed in Ohio though, which so great since I love in PA?
Senior representative Steve Spangler is your typical insurance salesman- only cares about his company, not about making sure you receive the best experience after his customer rear ended you. his customer service and professionalism are severely lacking. Wouldn’t recommend Westfield to my worst enemy based off my interaction with them and steve. I should t have to fight you, to pay things you said you would pay. People hate insurance companies bc of reps like Steve.
Stacy R my point of contact for a claim is either not trained in empathy or has decided I do not deserve empathy. It says a lot about a company when you explain reasoning behind why it is common courtesy for a voicemail to be left on a private phone number and when the same employee refuses to acknowledge both the reasoning behind the request of leaving a voicemail as well as completely ignores the feelings of the customer. Run as fast as you can . These guys will ghost you like you have never been ghosted before and leave you hanging with uncertainty about getting your vehicle fixed . I genuinely can say dealing with them is a nightmare
