Terrible company. Steer clear. Will do as little as possible, as slowly as possible to "help" you. Have your broker give you other options than Westfield.
Consumer rammed into the back of my car at a stopped red light- I was spoken to by adjustors as if I were a child basically saying "you don't understand how things work". To this day claim unsettled, lost paperwork misquotes, and more nonsense!

I am so sick of this insurance company. All I'm trying to do is get a loss report for workers comp. I can't get ahold of anyone and when I try to use their search engine to look up my own loss report, it doesn't work. I tried typing in several different words to test it, and nothing shows up. Their search engine is not running. Definitely switching companies. I've had enough. For the longest time, I couldn't even set up Auto Pay. Every time I'd call, the idiot on the other line couldn't figure out how to set up auto pay. I'm... read more
