I was rear-ended by an individual with this insurance and they have been horrible to work with. Make sure you have them send all of your claim documents via email and you verify that the values are correct because they will attempt to get you to confirm without the correct amounts. I have sent two emails requesting documentation of process and payment and my requests were ignored twice and the emails instead asked me to confirm my claim amount. I have been with Joe Thatcher and Westfield for 3 or 4 years now and it has been amazing! Joe answers his phone and emails as soon as he can. I don't have to go through any automated menus like the big companies. Due to someone else hitting me and totaling my car, Joe has been extremely responsive to the process. I would absolutely recommend Joe and Westfield to anyone looking for great insurance at a reasonable cost and exceptional customer service without having to sit on hold like the big guys.
I am calling around for quotes to switch insurance carriers asap. The website is constantly not working correctly. Both of the auto id cards are showing vehicles i dont even own anymore and have been switched out for other vehicles. Months ago for one and years ago for the other. Definitely the worst insurance company ive personally used
Westfield provides the worst customer service I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Slow response times, bad customer service, rude and disrespectful representatives. I have roadside assistance with my policy. My car broke down and I called to request a tow. Westfield was very rude on the phone. They said someone would arrive within an hour, but they kept pushing the timeline back and it took four hours for someone to show up.
