I am calling around for quotes to switch insurance carriers asap. The website is constantly not working correctly. Both of the auto id cards are showing vehicles i dont even own anymore and have been switched out for other vehicles. Months ago for one and years ago for the other. Definitely the worst insurance company ive personally used
Westfield provides the worst customer service I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Slow response times, bad customer service, rude and disrespectful representatives. I have roadside assistance with my policy. My car broke down and I called to request a tow. Westfield was very rude on the phone. They said someone would arrive within an hour, but they kept pushing the timeline back and it took four hours for someone to show up. I was in a car accident 110 days ago with somebody who had Westfield as their insurance provider. 110 days later, I’m still without a car. They have been extremely difficult to work with as I need to orchestrate everything. After months of work trying to get my car into a shop it’s just sitting there because they can’t finalize a number. Do not ever let these people insure you
