If could give less than one star, I would
We were with Westfield for two years. All was well in the beginning. But after the first year our monthly bill was inconsistent without warning or explanation. We finally got tired of the run around and switched.
Had them for a home owners insurance policy. Sold the house 9/3. Canceled my policy before that date. They lost the first check back to me. Said they “expedited it” it’s 10/29 and still have not received my check. I don’t get basically 2 months to pay my bill to them. No reason it should take them nearly 2 months. Never going to use them again, wouldn’t recommend them either.
Horrible insurance company - Filed a claim in February 2024 - adjuster has only contacted 3 times in 6months. Nobody answers calls. Nobody answers emails. I would highly recommend staying away from the for business coverage
