Very annoyed by changes to disabled parking! Twice in the past week, I have had to get my son with severe mobility issues up escalators as kid was broken for him to show his face and permit at information. I had arranged to get the car after the movies, from the drop off areas around Westfield which involved less walking. Instead I had to get him to the closest info desk to prove he was with me to validate our parking. We used to just be rregistered for automatic exit but can no longer do this
