Highly do not recommend this place still waiting on funds I over paid. This is ridiculous waste of my time. This place is a joke
These people are unprofessional filed a claim to have my truck towed to a shop have now waited almost 4 hours no tow truck every hour told it is going to take ANOTHER hour then when you try to find out what is going on they disconnect you because they are cowards and don't want to answer difficult questions they take your money and refuse to do their jobs in a timely manner if I could I would give them no stars at all!!! I must say for what they charge Westfield is overpriced for the quality of service they provide
Terrible customer service. Canceled policy with little notice even with all payments made. Would not recommend. Nothing but headaches and always bullied into paying more for premiums with no claims made.
This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I’m extremely disappointed if I would’ve known over the past 4 1/2 years that I would be treated this way when I finally made a claim I would have canceled they ass's along time ago.
