This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I’m extremely disappointed if I would’ve known over the past 4 1/2 years that I would be treated this way when I finally made a claim I would have canceled they ass's along time ago.

I currently have Westfield Insurance for homeowners. I had an issue where I had to make a claim I’ve always had $1000 deductible on both of my homes I go to make an insurance claim they gave me a price that they were going to pay. The first quote was $1000 deductible Five minutes later they come back say oh sorry you have a $5000 deductible never in my life have I ever had a $5000 deductible as a homeowner for 25 years so in a nutshell, they are screwing their customers out of a lot of money. The problem with "carrier" Westfield who works with insurant "agent" (Hylant) always kick me back and forth to each other when I ask question. I absolutely hate it. I have talked to very nice Westfield agent, also the worst one who took me 40 mins over the phone and but still couldn't get my problem resolved. Today rating was for the unsatisfactory customer service.
