This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I’m extremely disappointed if I would’ve known over the past 4 1/2 years that I would be treated this way when I finally made a claim I would have canceled they ass's along time ago.

I currently have Westfield Insurance for homeowners. I had an issue where I had to make a claim I’ve always had $1000 deductible on both of my homes I go to make an insurance claim they gave me a price that they were going to pay. The first quote was $1000 deductible Five minutes later they come back say oh sorry you have a $5000 deductible never in my life have I ever had a $5000 deductible as a homeowner for 25 years so in a nutshell, they are screwing their customers out of a lot of money.
