Living here has been extremely frustrating. Management recently attempted to tow my fiancés car with less than 24 hours’ notice, claiming his registration was expired when it was not. We were also charged a $300 late fee simply because our renters insurance renewal was submitted one day late. Parking is another constant issue, as the only available spaces are under trees that leave our cars covered in sap and bugs. Takes 4 -5 months to fix anything , they will tow your car if they feel you dont drive it. They make exceptions for certain groups of people. They also will retaliate towards you when you address a problem with them.
