Saddened by business ethics. I have shopped at Westfield Feed since it was next to Manny's -- that's a long time! I still go to Westfield Feed for everything except my pet's food. I used to buy my pet food there, but I started learning about natural foods and well, Westfield Feed didn't carry holistic lines. A friend of mine told me about a local store that only sells natural food and I've been going there ever since. Helpful Stopped in here for the first time. The staff was very helpful in locating what I needed. The prices are competitive with other places. They have a great selection!
Great Selection, Great Service The staff is particularly knowledgeable and helpful. We buy all our dog/cat/bird supplies here. The drive-thru service was a big perk when my kids were little. There's no drive thru at the new location, but staff always offer to carry large/heavy items to the car. Reasonable prices.
Westfield Feed is a great local business We enjoy shopping at Westfield Feed and Grain. They are friendly, informative and "have time for you" -- like customer service used to be. They look you in the eye and are knowledgeable about their products. One thing that additionally impressed me was their sensitivity to the importance in carrying USA-made rawhide products for dogs.
Bird Seed Westfield Feed is the only place we get our bird seed and bird feeders. They have huge bags at reasonable prices. The customer service is some of the best around. They moved about a year ago and the new place is big and well stocked.
Westfield Feed Excellent place to shop. The employees are very nice and will help you with anything. They have a wide selection of holistic dog/cat foods along with Raw food.
New pet owner The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. I have gotten kittens and hamsters it the last few months. We are new pet owners and they helped me with what I need and what was best. I go there for all my pet needs. Great place.
Very knowledgeable Staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. A refreshing change from all the 'big box' type stores where the staff are unfamiliar with the products they sell.
Lynn B I have found them to be so helpful and informative about pet care. They have a wide selection of pet needs and carry most name brand foods. We had a coal stove and at one time they were the only close source for the fuel. They also do propane tank fills.
