This mall has stores that are being robbed and nothing is done. Are the customers and employees safe? Where is security/police? Public safety is an issue!!!!
I’m very disappointed that they did away with the mobility scooter lending. I can no longer shop at the mall because of this change.
My review is not for the facility but for the staff. In my travels I have never had concierge services offered within a mall. Today Brooke and Jennifer went beyond my expectations with their wonderful customer service! I was in need of a wheelchair for an elderly friend and they were so accommodating. To the point of bringing it to me with just a text and to stay in touch just to be sure we didn’t need further services. RecommendedAnnapolis Mall has been “my mall” for my entire life. I compare all other malls to Annapolis. This mall has an amazing variety of quality stores and plenty of parking. My only complaints are that the kiosk employees are too aggressive and the curtains are no longer hanging for the breastfeeding areas in the family bathroom (please fix this). Westfields has caused many employees of the Lord and Taylor store to lose their jobs.The closing is not because of Lord and Taylor. Apparently, the Lord and Taylor space is prime real estate and was sold at a premium. No regard for the store employees who will lose their jobs and benefits. Many have have been there since the beginning. Columbia Mall is too far to travel for those employees who live in the Annapolis area. The only reason I make the drive to this mall is for Lord&Taylor. So sad this store location is closing!!!
