Beware of mice in restaurants at the mall. Had my lunch at Noodles & Co interrupted by staff with a dustpan & broom informing there was a baby mouse under my feet. Yikes! Way to ruin my appetite. Plus no apology or offer of compensation. The mgr seemed to think it was no big deal. She said the mice hang out by the dumpsters & run in when the door opens. Hmmm...don't think I will be eating at the mall again.
Terrible mall management! Office is not open during mall hours. I called 2 different phone numbers 6 times from 3 different telephones and they're phones were not working. They would say hello, but they couldn't hear me! I had the gift card kiosk freeze up with my credit card information entered in and I could get no service from them. That, on top of the Kiosk people accosting me as I walked down the mall, is too much. I am not going back to that mall.

The worst management staff I have ever seen. If they don't like you, they will find a way to get rid of you even if it means crossing a huge line and being racist, sexiest, I have been discriminated on by this staff one day someone is going to sue them and there biggest secrets will be unveiled to the public
First and foremost the red garage looks like it's been around since the prehistoric age. How is it so hard to keep something so small looking Nice? Apparently for Westfield pretty dam tough. The stairwell looks like it's about to collapse at any second. The traffic lines are atrocious. Why is it that nobody can walk through the mall without being berated by sales people? Seriously all we want to do is walk in piece. No I don't want hand cream and no my girlfriend doesn't want her hair straightened. Clearly NO isn't an answer... read more
