Had a horrible time with the front office workers, tried to go in and inquire about leasing a property half and hour before they closed, and they already had a closed sign posted, so I tried to call them, and was openly disrespected by them when trying to awnser a question she had asked on the phone, to which she rudely interrupted me and blatantly ignored by response and hung up the phone on me without replying and responding, I feel very disrespected by this encounter and feel a huge sense of unprofessionalism by the offic... read more
I previously posted, prematurely apparently. I'm now homeless & I blame a couple evil neighbors who can tell mgmt anything and they believe their lies and react. I was expected to live by a different set of rules than others were expected to live by. There's a lot of favoritism shown, which gives tenants this power over your life. Phillip & Michelle told me I needed to leave or they would be evicting me after the moratorium due to nothing I had done. Submitted applications months ago and never got a reply or email or phone calls. Emailed them and nothing either. Been living with family members and desperately looking for a place but luck is not our friend right now.
