Great communication from the estimate through final inspection. All workers were on time and worked efficiently ( I never saw anyone on their phone ). All additional work was explained before they started on it. Completed my roof ( 3 bed 2 bath single story house ) in one day. Even had a brief thunderstorm late in the day and they decided to wait it out and finish the job ( about an hour extra ). Would definitely recommend. Cost was on par with 3 other estimates.
Working with Ginger, Bill, and the repair team at Westfall Roofing was an amazing experience. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing roofing repairs. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent and everything went very smoothly from start to finish. The repair crew did a fantastic job and made sure everything was completely cleaned up before they left. It honestly looked like they were never even there. I would absolutely work with Westfall Roofing again in the future.
I used this company for my roof on 15th January, waiting for my Wind Mitigation report for updating my insurance, but nope , after many times messing them, still nothing updated to me on today 28th January. I will update later until I receive my Wind Mitigation report. Update: got my wind mitigation report after 20days.
