We were happy with the beginning of the roof process. Dan Reese was very pleasant and prompt to work with. Our project manager did not follow up with us or keep us in the loop and then she was no longer working for them. We had to do our own follow up on the existing work that needed to be done so it took a lot longer than we had thought. Plus some workers arrived and could not speak English. We had a wonderful experience working with Westfall Roofing. They repaired a leak (popped nail) and replaced our ridgeline. Reasonable estimate, quick and accurate work, great customer service. I'll be using them for all of my future roofing needs. 10/10!
