I've seen Dr.Gingras many times over the years for 1 knee surgury. before that he recomended conservative options 'PT,cortisone injections Bracing right after the injury .a few years after that I saw him my for Shoulder[rotator cuff tear] after we tiied pt ultrasound cortisone etc. we then did surgery followed by PT to stregthen the joint. Dr. Posnick rushes his patients out the door, avoids definitive time tables for healing, and lacks any empathy for his patients. I saw Dr. Posnick for a wrist fracture and a possible recasting and decided my cast was fine and to come back in three weeks. When I got home I wondered why my cast was so easily slid up and down my wrist when it was “fine” according to the doctor.
