Scheduled my sons dental surgery way too late in the day! He’s 8 and not only was it not scheduled until 2 pm now they are behind an at least 45 min and he’s so hungry he was crying! This place is a joke! He’s 8 and cant go a 24 hours without food this is complete nonsense

my 3 year old son had surgery on 1/9/2020. I had an AMAZING first time experience with my child. They addressed his every need. They all were so kind and gentle. Doctor Ching was my sons surgeon and I HIGHLY recommend her to others. a GREAT experience. They made me feel so comfortable. I knew my child was in good hands. oh and they were so quick and very thorough.

Great staff and facilities
staff here are genuinely caring, compassionate, friendly, professional, and helpful to both the kids and the concerned parents. we were treated like family there.
While I love the our doctor here and the staff is always friendly. We always end up waiting over an hour from our scheduled appointment time to see our ENT. They are consistently late, and my child always misses more school, just because we are waiting to see our doctor. We wait for over 60 minutes for a 10 minute appointment every 6 months. Wish they could somehow fix this. It seems like they are always double booking.
