Westerville Reality is our new Condo Association Management company- thus far and all they have done is managed money from our condo owner's into there pocket. They are slow to respond to problems on the property, employees have been very rude to condo owners and they hire bad contractors to do repairs ( who also cut corners to put a bandaid over the problems ) .
