Dr. Yaw is great but their Billing “manager” (Teela) is awful. She is rude, incompetent and lazy. She refuses to resubmit claims “you can’t tell me what to do” and also does not inform patients when insurance is needing additional info to process claims she “doesn’t do handholding” then sends you to collections for claims that have not even been processed. Recommendedvery nice place and great staff! I would recommend this place for my child and the doctors are all very caring and compassionate about the kids.
Have been working with them to get our bill right for 4 months. It took numerous times to call to fix it. Plus our Insurance has paid them once they got it fixed. Also once we got it fixed to what we needed to pay. We stared paying on the bill. Then they turned us over to a Collection service for $249 after one month. We have been making payments with other doctors officers for the last 5 months. Not one of them have said a thing, but thank you. I would not go here. We had other people tell us. very friendly staff clean facilities and very easy going place
I would not recommend this place at all. My son is two years old and has been going here since he was born. Everytime I have gone the staff had been very rude! And my son would be seen by different doctors and nurses everytime. Back in may of this year (2018) my son was 18 months old and we had a check up was told he was too underweight so we were admitted to children’s hospital where we stayed about three days they ran test everything was fine, they put him on pediasure to h... We have been bringing our little girl there since she was a newborn and have loved all the doctors. I specifically love Heather McConnel who takes care of my little girl. She is so sweet and very helpful. I would for sure recommend Westerville Pediatrics to other friends and family. They have a beautiful fish tank that my daughter enjoys every time we go there.
