First -I’m a the biggest scary cat when it comes to Dental Care. I came to Westerville Park Dental for the 1st time today to get my teeth cleaned and knowing that I have super sensitive teeth, the hygienist Catrina, was super gentle, friendly, and took her time and kept asking me if I was ok during the cleaning process. I had an excellent experience at the dental office thanks to Teddy. He was friendly, patient, and very professional from start to finish. Teddy made sure I was comfortable, explained everything clearly, and provided outstanding customer service. It’s rare to meet someone who truly cares about their patients, but Teddy definitely does. I highly recommend her and the whole team!
I had an emergency situation and called Westerville Parkway Dental last minute, and they were incredibly accommodating. They got me in within the hour, and I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Alodat. Honestly, he is the best dentist in Ohio. I’ve had such a wonderful experience at this practice. I have a 5 and 7 year old who lose patience pretty easily. Dr. Alodat and the staff really worked hard to make my kids comfortable and happy. In addition, Catrina is amazing at teeth cleaning. I couldn’t believe how clean she was able to get my mouth. Truly top notch everyone there. Thank you so much for making something that I typically dread, enjoyable.
Went in for an Invisalign scan and the care team did an amazing job—super easy and completely stress-free. Dr. Alodot was very informative and incredibly personable. The front desk staff was polite, and Chris went above and beyond to help me with plans and paperwork. Highly recommend
