My first time here was amazing. For the time I walked in I was greeted and explained the steps. Everyone is very friendly. Early morning with a smile on their faces. Catrina was amazing!! I love her personality. We have small talks throughout the cleaning and exam process and she made me feel comfortable and examined all the steps !! I highly recommend.
I just moved to Westerville from North East Ohio and my daughter who lives here recommended this office, and I am so grateful she did. From the first phone call to the day I walked into the office, everyone was so inviting and welcoming. Very happy to have switched to this new dental office. Everyone is so friendly from the receptionist, to dental hygienist, to Dr. Alodat himself. Had a great cleaning and exam that left my teeth feeling better and much whiter than when I came in.
First -I’m a the biggest scary cat when it comes to Dental Care. I came to Westerville Park Dental for the 1st time today to get my teeth cleaned and knowing that I have super sensitive teeth, the hygienist Catrina, was super gentle, friendly, and took her time and kept asking me if I was ok during the cleaning process. Great welcoming and accommodating team focused on customer satisfaction and results. I was instantly greeted with a warm welcome and even offered coffee/water from the friendly front desk receptionist. Dr. Alodat, the dental assistant Allison, and office manager Kris were all wonderful.
