I am very happy with Dr. Richard. His nurse Katie is GREAT!! Yes, it is true that the office can get a little hectic as there are several doctors working at the same location. However....have you ever been to a clinic or ER?? That is just the nature of the beast in health care unless you live in a very rural area where you see a country doctor. To be honest it is not that bad. If you think that a 20 min wait is horrible then I wish you luck finding ANY doctor. My wait times are on average about 10 min. I understand why....be... read more
Dr Richard is amazing, as is his office. I cant imagine what kind of experience the individuals complaining had.The office is basically paperless, so it is VERY efficient..they have list of your meds there, and to print a prescription, all they have to do is hit a button. His nurse, Katie, calls right back, handles this quickly. Dr. Richard is thorough and caring. I was a patient of Dr Richard for several years and I miss him. (Lost my healthcare insurance) He was kind, concerned, and always helped me understand what was going on with my body & health. He also explained my prescriptions and I knew why I was on them and what to expect. The office can get hectic but I was always given a prompt appointment, the front desk was always courteous, and his nurse, Katie, was great! Dr Richard is the best doctor I have ever had. I have been with Dr. Richard now for over 10 years and he is by far the best physician I have ever seen. He listens and cares and takes the time to get to know his patients. I recommend him to my friends and feel lucky to have found him.
Dr. Neil Richard is by far the most outstanding physician I have encountered. He is very concerned with your problems and handles everything in an appropriate manner. His nurse is excellent. She handles all of your requests within one business day. The physicians Dr. Richard has referred me too have been nothing but top notch! I have no complaints about this physician! Class A!
Horrible office to work with. I was a patient for 10yrs and though, on a personal level, I really like Richards and Slayman the office itself is just a nightmare to work with. Its impossible to actually get ahold of the doctors themselves and the front desk has (always) been unhelpful and, quite frequently, rude. Ive finally had to give up hope of it ever improving and have had to move on to find better service and care.
I have been a patient of Dr. Richards for over 12 years. He and Katie are very nice and easy to talk to. The entire staff is friendly, and are always there to help with questions.Or will return your phonecalls promptly.Being a construction worker all my life, Ive had my share of injuries and illnesses. Dr. Richard has always got me back on my feet again.
The receptionist was very rude and hung-up on me immediately after I asked if this place was a clinic. Terrible customer service. She also answered the phone with a sarcastic HELLOOOOOO????
This is the worst doctors office I have had the misfortune to depend on. It is an office where the tail wags the dog. If you are looking for a doctor that actually cares about you and your recovery this is not the place to go. Especially if you are ill.denise
