I have lived at Westerra Fields for 9 months and so far have had an excellent experience with the maintenance staff. There have been a handful of issues with some appliances, etc. and every time I have submitted a maintenance request, all issues have been attended to in a very timely fashion. I had an issue the other day with a non-stop beeping smoke alarm (needed to be replaced), and maintenance was at my apartment within the hour, at 9:30 pm no less, and replaced the smoke alarm. Very impressive!
As an older single women I feel very safe here. The staff are great and always helpful.
