Dr. Iryna is truly amazing — very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. She takes her time, listens, and I fully trust her with my family’s care. Unfortunately, the front desk experience has been very disappointing. The attitude is unprofessional and dismissive. More importantly, there was a serious lack of follow-through. I visited this clinic for the first time, and my first impression was very positive. The front desk staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming. Dr. Iryna Serembytsky took the time to truly listen to me. She performed a careful and thorough examination, answered all of my questions with patience, and explained the treatment plan clearly and in detail. I felt heard, respected, and cared for throughout the entire visit. I truly recommend this clinic to everyone

The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful, making every visit smooth and stress-free. Dr. Serembytsky is an excellent physician who truly listens, explains everything clearly, and takes the time to ensure you feel comfortable and cared for. I’m very grateful to have found such a compassionate doctor and welcoming staff.
I brought my daughter in for an appointment, and she is usually very afraid of doctors. It’s often hard for her to feel comfortable during visits. Dr. Iryna Serembytsky was incredibly patient and kind. She spoke gently to my daughter and quickly helped her feel calm and safe. By the end of the visit, my daughter was relaxed and no longer scared. I’m truly grateful for such compassionate care and highly recommend her to other parents.
