I had called to see if this place accepts my insurance and receptionist acted like I was bothering her and had a nasty attitude
Despite the physician being great, the front end staff always presents with an attitude and dismissive. I had been trying to get a follow up appointment with my doc for months and every time I call they will say his schedule is not up so need to wait for it to open and said they’ll put me on wait list and let me know when the schedule opens up. However, 5x now I call back and they will give the same excuse saying the doc schedule not open yet and put me on waitlist and say I was never placed on wait list. That is very frustr... read more
Incompetent and RUDE office staff. I've been trying to see my doctor for 3 months now, but the ridiculous staff don't know how to do thier job. It sucks because Dr. Quintana is a good doctor, but when you can never see the doctor what's the point?
