Time and time again, I give up on this place. It's not the doctors, it's the STAFF!!! STOP HIRING OR PLACING THESE STUDENTS/PEOPLE THAT ABSOLUTELY DON'T CARE. They are condescending and rude! Even making an appointment is a fiasco, you COULD do better than this for your patients but this level of service from staff needs to be looked at. If you care.
This is a horrible medical group to use. I called in because I needed to schedule an appointment for a referral (HMO). The person that took my call refused me medical attention and didn’t schedule an appointment. The people over the phone are extremely rude and unprofessional. Don’t work with this group.
