First, they dropped me in the system, so my appointment for 11:30 never went through. Then, I was informed that they had no availability that day. Afterwards, I was informed that they had availability if I was willing to wait until 1:00. Then when I accepted the updated appointment, I was informed that there was a $20 fee that was due prior to the consult and not covered by my insurance. I was referred here by Western Dental in Chino and never informed. That reflects poorly on both practices
