I just want to say that the receptionist or whom ever answers the phone and sets appointments is very rude and unorganized. She will say she booked us for one thing then print out the appointment paper with different time and date and then say that we missed an appointment and cancel us my special needs dad from going there. On top of that she cannot hold a conversation and proceeds to hang up. It happened twice when she said a certain time and it the actual appointment was a different time.
