Valley oaks Apts in hurst texas.Has control water temps they lie an say it's bc plumbing issue an they will have plumbers on site fixing .No plumbers on site clearly we can see.They charge us outrageous water price in rent bill .which is am sure they make up the prices.bc it's water bill for a house. Not aparment price.we pay high rent an no hot water.Western wealth sucks they don't ever pick up the phones. BBB Is next place I will leave a review.They need a class action lawsuit asap.
If I could give this a negative 0 stars I would! I moved in Sedona ridge apartments in las vegas back in august and I provided by NV energy account number and realized after some time of not receiving a bill. I called NV energy; I was advised that a force moved out was issued by Sedona Ridge. The assistance manager mentioned that would not be possible. This company gives out a free rent month in December in acts of charity, only for the property management of the complex to not provide the free month to the tenant. I ended up paying a day late because i didn't want to get stuck with paying the additional fee for paying rent late. What kind of charity is this? Thanks for the donuts though.
The property then own are horrible managed
Can never get a response from them to address residential issues yet they always want to find ways to get more money from them. Communication is so poor it’s sad!
