T E R R I B L E rental experience. TERRIBLE company and TERRIBLE staff. ESPECIALLY at District 2308. They steal money, go days without being able to get into the office to address issues(leave on the clock and never return), communicate is HORRIBLE, RUDE & OBNOXIOUS. Management of my apartment took an immediate nosedive as soon as it was bought by this company. Getting anything done is next to impossible. No one is ever in the office during regular hours. Doors locked lights off. Calls never returned, emails not answered. Whenever I finally was able to make an appointment with the manager through email so we can sign a roommate release so I can leave they DIDN’T EVEN SHOW UP.
