If you're going for a female doctor appointment Rachel paull won't disappoint. She makes it comfortable and easy to talk to. The whole staff was amazing. Thank you angels from the bottom of my heart.
I LOVE my pcp NP Sheree Overton. But the office is horrible. I wait on hold for at least 30 minutes every time I call. When I message through the portal, the responses I receive are rude. In April, I tried to refuse to do lab work in office due to Quest not being covered by my insurance I do that specific lab work with a different and was told I had to do so in order to be seen for a medication refill. The medication being refilled is an SNRI that CANNOT be stopped cold turkey so I was forced to do the lab work and now I’m r... read more
I have been seeing Dr.Gertz for about 6 years and i just lovvve her she is amazing she cares she actually listens to what i have to say her MA is a rockstar as well nothing bad to say about this place i love coming here and truely never had a bad experience!!!!
Dr Mac is AWESOME her bedside manners are excellent she is very knowledgeable she's a Spartan and a Wolverine (go green). However the min they asked if I would allow a student to work on me I was lary they could have at lease gave her an assist smh.
