Be aware that if you don’t give 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment, they will charge you $100 cash. To give 48 hours notice is sometimes impossible for people who have kids, are caregivers for their parents or spouse, are in delicate health, or have any other complications in their lives that might necessitate a last minute cancellation. For this reason, I will not be going back to this office. I refuse to support a business that tries to do this their patients.
