Be aware that if you don’t give 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment, they will charge you $100 cash. To give 48 hours notice is sometimes impossible for people who have kids, are caregivers for their parents or spouse, are in delicate health, or have any other complications in their lives that might necessitate a last minute cancellation. For this reason, I will not be going back to this office. I refuse to support a business that tries to do this their patients.
Very poor customer service!! Receptionist at front desk is VERY RUDE!!! When you don't like helping people, get another job!!!!! I've been waiting for 3 weeks for a return call on my sleep study. They said if I didn't get a call back, they wanted me to call them back. I waited for a week and half and finally called them....They said they were sorry but their system was down and they promised to call back "Right away!" when the system was back up.......It's been another week and a half and NOTHING!!!
