Communication is poorly lacking. I have been trying to get an answer via emails and phone calls on the end-of-the-lease situation for at least a couple months. Management is MIA.
To anyone who might be looking at a property ran by Western Vistas, keep looking! Do not rent from them. I lived in a rental property for two years under Western Vistas and I don’t have a single good thing to say about them. Their communication is untimely and unprofessional. They wait weeks to respond in regards to any concerns you might have, urgent as they may be. When I called to schedule a showing of a listed rental, the woman on the phone was extremely rude. Thought that would be the worst of it, but when my scheduled viewing time came around I was left standing alone for 15 minutes waiting for someone to show up, they never did. No call, no nothing.
