To anyone who might be looking at a property ran by Western Vistas, keep looking! Do not rent from them. I lived in a rental property for two years under Western Vistas and I don’t have a single good thing to say about them. Their communication is untimely and unprofessional. When I called to schedule a showing of a listed rental, the woman on the phone was extremely rude. Thought that would be the worst of it, but when my scheduled viewing time came around I was left standing alone for 15 minutes waiting for someone to show up, they never did. No call, no nothing.
I have been using property management services for a residence that I own in Flagstaff for the last 4 years. Since Western Vistas Property Management took over my property, I have seen a lot of improvements. The great service has been in large part due to Shelly, one of their managers. She has made the property management process very easy for me and I am fortunate that she is part of their staff.
