Unsafe loving conditions on property, does not respond to calls or emails, does not respond to safety complaints or concerns, does not complete work orders and repairs, uses unlicensed contracts for 'upgrades' that are purely cosmetic and not done correctly so they can overcharge for rent, does not enforce any rules on property for tenants, several tenants have had police called for domestic disputes and drug use on property. Just wanted to share an event that happened at my property located in the west valley near Litchfield Park Rd. on Aug 21 2019. Western Vista sent out tow truck company Shamrock Towing to my property. The driver stated that Western Vista had come provided authority to remove vehicles off my property.
