Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this OBGYN knock before entering the exam room? Yes, and waited for me to answer before coming in Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

Scheduling the appointment was very easy. I had to wait a little while to see Dr Clapp but now I understand why, she's wonderful! She spent time learning about me and my medical history since I was coming to her as a new patient and when all my questions had been answered, she did the exam...quick and painless, it was over before I knew it! I'll recommend her to everyone I know!

Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!
