I joined a couple of months ago and I absolutely love this gym! The class instructors are excellent, very knowledgeable, Certified and motivating! It has a boxing room, battle ropes and plenty of equipment, sauna, and a pool that you don't have to pay extra to use! I also like that it has set membership prices unlike some gyms in the area!
It has a good atmosphere. The people who work the front desk are friendly and they greet you when you come into the gym and use your membership card. You get to know different members and you have something in common by the classes that you take. The instructors really give you a good workout. The music that is played in the different classes like cycle are good to listen to and go along with your workout.
