Bad Company These people are only nice when you first look at one of their rentals and give them the $30 app fee. After that they don't return calls or answer questions. They DON'T fix things or maintain units. They DO keep your entire deposit, no matter what state you leave the unit. They go after ever dollar they can make. They are slimy, unprofessional slumlords.
In recognition of national "Slum Lord's Day" ...... and the winner is..... I have rented thrice from this company. The first being over 3.5 years in which rent was paid on time every month. I left the property in excellent condition - better than I rented it and invested $100 into sod grass with their permission, out of my pocket. worst losers ever This place is a joke...I took over the lease and never documented any previous damage and they held me just as responsible as everyone who lived there with me. They charged us up the a$$ after we moved out and tried to rip us off. The old mean lady owner is a joke and a crook. The ladies who work there are all rude, nasty and mean. NEVER rent from this shithole.
person WINDERMERE WESTERN VIEW PROPERTIIES are slum lords, they lie to your face and cheat you out of your money. the office is rude and disrespectful. how do they ever hold a liscense???why hasn't anyone closed them down???
So far, so good, and 10X better than RSI! We were trying to move out from an apartment from RSI that was covered in mold and was effecting our health tremendously. I called to set up an appointment and while on the tour of three different places the gal was very honest and forthcoming about any issues with the apartments. She also helped us find a place that had no history of mold problems. Hopefully the good service continues.
Windermere Western View Properties is nice, so stop whining Maybe if these people who are whiners were nicer when they asked for stuff to get done, they wouldnt have so many problems. I rented with them for quite a few years with different places, and they are the most honest rental company Ive ever rented from. They are upfront with your moveout costs instead of just charging you a huge deposit and taking all of it at the end like rental services. Windermere Western View Properties is the worst!!! DO NOT RENT FROM WESTERN VIEW!!!! Their staff is RUDE, the apartments are full of mold, and if you complain they will give you a bad tenant review!! This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They are unprofessional and Jan the owner is a horrible business owner. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!
Rude employees, no service Ever since Western View took over our apartment from Pinion Property Management (whom my husband rented from for the last 4 years) in April of 2009, we have had nothing but headaches from this place. NEVER Rent from Western View Ever since they took over our complex, less than 6 months ago, we have received constant notices of entrance. Half the time they didn't even show up and one of the times they did enter, they didn't leave a notice beforehand! Completely against the law!
