I had great experiences with Tom and Lynn while renting from them for almost 5 years. Best landlords I’ve had! They’re professional and communicative. There really weren’t issues with the condo but if something did come up that needed to be fixed they communicated and fixed it in a timely fashion. The property was maintained well, I never had issues getting them rent payments, and if I had any questions I could always talk to someone or get a helpful email response.
Friendly management team. As well as their willingness to help and address our concerns when needed
My family and I have been tenants for a couple of years and I really, really love Mr. Tom! He is a great person! So far He is the best property manager that we have ever had. There is always a quick response in all the issues we have had and he really. cares for his tennants and integrity of his rentals. I really appreciate that.! His company is definetely a 5 star worth.
