Lacking maintenance
Tom wasn’t helpful
I had a great experience renting with WVM. Tom and his team were always available for any maintenance requests and was quick to respond and also helped make the move out process very smooth!
I had great experiences with Tom and Lynn while renting from them for almost 5 years. Best landlords I’ve had! They’re professional and communicative. There really weren’t issues with the condo but if something did come up that needed to be fixed they communicated and fixed it in a timely fashion. The property was maintained well, I never had issues getting them rent payments, and if I had any questions I could always talk to someone or get a helpful email response.
