Before this place bought our local Vet Clinic, there was good communication about our pet’s health, and professional follow through. Now - nothing. The clinic now doesn’t seem to be keeping records or communicating with pet owners. It’s impossible to get reasonable care now, because this company - that doesn’t care about my cat, is now calling the shots. It’s just 100% crappy. Also - don’t give them your email.

Their marketing and operations teams are professional, highly organized, and strategic in their approach. What truly stands out is the genuine care and attention to detail they pour into their work. It’s clear they are dedicated to the success of their partners.
I love this program, I am impressed with the design, and overall we are very happy. I highly recommend WVP - especially when it comes to management and organization. The teams and executives know what they are doing and they take excellent care of their employees and they REALLY care about the wellness of animals. I was referred here by several colleagues and friends; after doing our homework (extensively) I can firmly attest we made the right choice.
